Moodboard and post card for Au revoir Simone Shadows

Yasmin in my music video group contacted Au Revoir Simone if we could have permission to use their song Shadows.

This is our final postcard for shadows,

I was not happy with the logo so I changed it again and added an effect to it which suited the postcard more than the green colour logo I had before.

Here is mine and Jahmals postcard for Shadows which is being advertised for 9/3/10. We used photoshop to create this post card and took a screen-grab picture from the shadows music video, and used this for our background of the postcard. We decided to use an effect for it, which was called wall water paper, and we liked this effect because it made the image look cartoon like.

This is the original logo for the band, but we edited it on photoshop to help mix with the colour contrast on our postcard.

This is the image we used from the shadows music video, for our postcard, we liked this image because it captured the setting on the band and instruments and the camera shot it effective.

Here is a moodboard for the idea of the song Shadows, as a group we can use this for material to help sell our pitch idea. The images used reflect the visuals we want to portray in the music video.
